Microtec APEX X Series pairs automatic pressing, peeling, and feeding for high-volume heat transfer production in Booth N5869
ORANGE | California – August 2026 – Microtec will showcase its complete APEX X Series Automatic Transfer System at Printing United Expo 2026, booth no. N5869, pairing automated pressing, peeling and unloading, and transfer feeding into one high-volume DTF and heat transfer production line.
Automated Pressing at Scale
Built for high-volume DTF and heat transfer production, the APEX X Series Automatic Transfer System processes up to 420 garments per hour with minimal labor. Automated cycles let operators load and unload while the machine presses, so the line never waits, and digital controls hold time, temperature, and pressure steady cycle after cycle — no operator drift, no re-dialing between runs. It’s available in configurations with 1 to 4 heat press stations on a 4 to 8 pallet platform, with a 10.4″ machine-mounted touchscreen giving operators direct control over system functions.

X-Peel Pro: Peeling and Unloading in One
Built for Continuous Industrial Use
Constructed with heavy-duty steel and premium-grade components, the APEX X Series is built for continuous industrial use. Its digitally controlled heat press stations flatten garment fibers and introduce residual heat that can improve downstream processes such as pretreat application and white ink flash efficiency, while stable pallet arms support accurate garment positioning and faster pallet changeover.
X-Peel Pro: Peeling and Unloading in One
The APEX X-Peel Pro automatically detects and removes transfer film after pressing, then removes the finished garment

X-Feed: Automated Transfer Placement
from the platen — combining peeling and unloading into one system instead of two separate machines. The integrated design delivers faster processing, one-operator control, and a smaller equipment footprint.
X-Feed: Automated Transfer Placement
The APEX X-Feed Automatic Transfer Placement System lifts, separates, and places DTF films or pre-cut heat transfers onto garments, including t-shirts, tote bags, and golf towels. Its high-capacity loading system holds up to 450 DTF films at once, with an adjustable transfer tray from 3″ x 3″ up to 16″ x 20″, reducing reload frequency and operator workload across longer production runs.
Microtec has manufactured heat press equipment for 23 years, with the same engineering running high-volume decoration floors worldwide, backed by US-based support.
See the complete system in operation during Printing United Expo, Sept. 23-25, 2026, in booth no. N5869.
