Lawson Workhorse Group launches new automated DTF system for transferring between 280 to 500+ pieces per hour
ST. LOUIS | Missouri – October 2026 – Lawson Workhorse Group (LWG) has announced the launch of the LWG Turbo-Stamp Conveyor, a patent-pending, in-line automatic heat transfer system designed to help DTF decorators increase output, improve operator safety, and reduce labor requirements for high-volume heat pressing. Engineered and manufactured in the USA, the system applies DTF transfers via a continuous in-line conveyor and automated stamping stations at speeds ranging from 280 to 500+ pieces per hour.
Unlike traditional carousel-style transfer systems, the Turbo-Stamp Conveyor is available in one- to four-head configurations with optional automatic feeding and peeling stations, and includes automatic garment or substrate removal as standard.
“As DTF production grows, applying transfers can become a bottleneck for decorators. We developed the Turbo Stamp to make automation more practical for shops that need to move beyond manual heat pressing without reorganizing their entire production floor,” said Taylor Landesman, President at Lawson Workhorse Group.
Compact Engineering and Safety-Focused Design
The Turbo-Stamp Conveyor is built for garment decoration as well as bags, flags, patches, and banners. Featuring a compact in-line footprint, the system ships fully assembled to eliminate on-site installation requirements. Its open design offers clear sightlines across production, while the in-line indexing method eliminates direct operator contact with moving platens.
Key technical capabilities include:
In-Line Automation: Continuous conveyor system supporting one- to four-head pressing configurations with automatic drop, take-off, and unloading.
Independent Station Controls: Individual time, temperature, and pressure settings for each stamping head, supported by adjustable transfer-alignment lasers and programmable job recipes.
Digital Interface: HMI color tablet controls with multi-device Wi-Fi compatibility across iOS and Android devices.
Versatile Substrate Support: Accommodates baby sizes through 3XL garments without requiring specialty platens.
Optional Modules: Auto-feed and auto-peel stations available to further streamline transfer workflows.
Streamlined Production Workflows
“When we look at a shop’s transfer workflow, we’re looking at more than the press itself—we’re looking at how the operator moves through each job,” said Brian Lang, Sales at Lawson Workhorse Group. “Our design focus with the Turbo Stamp is to make transfer application a more organized, repeatable process, with less emphasis on repetitive manual pressing.”
The system is designed for commercial print shops, promotional products decorators, apparel producers, and DTF operations seeking high-volume automation without dedicating the floor space required by traditional carousel systems.
