Inèdit’s digital textile printing technology will strengthen Fiery’s industrial and specialty print portfolio, delivering a comprehensive set of solutions for print providers.

FREMONT | California – November 2025 –  Fiery, LLC, the print industry’s leading innovator of digital front ends (DFEs) and workflow software, today announced that it has entered into an agreement with EFI Reggiani to acquire all interests in Spanish specialty print technology company Inèdit Software. A leader across a broad range of digital textile printing applications, Inèdit’s products and technologies will complement Fiery’s industry-leading specialty print software portfolio, creating a comprehensive suite of solutions for printers worldwide.

With this acquisition, Fiery expands its product portfolio to deliver an integrated range of software solutions for the digital textile and specialty printing markets. Inèdit’s respected products — including neoStampa, neoTextil, neoCatalog, and neoMatch — will enhance Fiery’s Digital Factory family of solutions, supporting applications such as fashion and apparel, home décor, soft signage, and direct-to-film (DTF) printing.

Inèdit’s software suite delivers advanced tools that empower print service providers with precision, creativity, and production efficiency: neoStampa offers a powerful RIP for digital textile printing with flawless color and streamlined production; neoTextil provides Adobe Photoshop™ plug-ins for smart separations and instant colorations; neoCatalog enables design organization and workflow management; and neoMatch ensures superior color accuracy using inline measurement devices and Pantone references.

“From day one, Fiery’s vision has been to empower print providers to deliver exactly what their customers imagine,” said Toby Weiss, CEO of Fiery. “Inèdit’s software has always impressed us, particularly in textile segments like direct-to-fabric and dye sublimation. With this acquisition, Fiery can now expand its industry-leading print software solutions into a wider range of applications — making Fiery a true one-stop-shop for all digital production print providers.”

The acquisition is expected to close in 2025 following the standard regulatory review period. Fiery intends to maintain Inèdit’s brand identity, product independence, and existing partner and customer relationships. In the future, Fiery plans to integrate its expertise in color management, imaging, workflow, RIP performance, and device integration to further enhance Inèdit’s products, delivering even stronger solutions for specialty print providers around the world.
