BERLIN | Germany – June 2025 – The FESPA Global Print Expo 2025, held alongside European Sign Expo and Personalisation Experience from 6–9 May at Messe Berlin, welcomed an international audience of print industry leaders, innovators, and forward-thinking businesses. The event served as a vital hub for shaping the future of specialty print, developing strategic insights, and turning emerging trends into tangible business opportunities.
This year’s event attracted 23,061 total participants, including 14,036 unique visitors from 126 countries, marking a 10.5% increase over 2024. Key visitor markets included Germany, Poland, Italy, the UK, the Netherlands, Czech Republic, Spain, France, Switzerland, and Austria.
FESPA 2025 once again proved to be a high-value meeting ground for senior decision-makers. 87% of attendees held purchasing authority, with 71% occupying director, CEO, owner, or managerial roles. Collectively, visitors represented a median budget of €2.9 billion, with 40% planning to invest in new solutions within the next 12 months. The breadth of the exhibition and depth of its content inspired over two-thirds of visitors to stay more than one day.
A major draw for attendees was the SmartHub Conference, which featured renowned speakers and thought leaders offering actionable insights into digital transformation, sustainability, and operational efficiency. The newly expanded SmartHub feature in the Personalisation Experience also made its debut, highlighting next-generation technologies in customer customisation.
Michael Ryan, Head of FESPA Global Print Expo, shared: “The response to our 2025 events has been phenomenal. From product launches to high-impact networking, it’s clear FESPA remains the go-to destination for industry visionaries. Returning to Germany brought record engagement, including a 44% rise in German visitors and a 117% surge from Poland, compared to our 2023 show in Munich. Over 100 product and technology launches took place across the halls — a testament to the industry’s appetite for innovation and collaboration. We now look ahead to Barcelona in 2026 with great anticipation.”
