THESSALONIKI | Greece – May 7, 2026 – Polyprint, a European manufacturer of digital textile printing systems, will unveil its new Powder-Free DTF solution at FESPA Global Print Expo 2026 in Barcelona, taking place May 19–22. The announcement marks a significant step forward in DTF workflow technology, replacing traditional powder application with a digitally printed liquid adhesive.
Eliminating Powder from the DTF Workflow
The Powder-Free DTF solution integrates liquid adhesive technology using DuPont™ Artistri® JA1100 Jettable Adhesive — bringing a cleaner, more controlled approach to transfer production. By removing manual powder handling from the process, Polyprint enables decorators and print service providers to simplify their workflow, improve working conditions, and produce softer, high-quality transfers with consistent wash performance.

Filmjet Mini — Compact All-In-One DTF
Alongside the Powder-Free solution, Polyprint will showcase the Filmjet Mini DTF printer series — a compact all-in-one platform designed for easy operation, fast setup, and reliable daily production. Available in two widths (33 cm and 60 cm) with multiple printhead configurations, the Filmjet Mini integrates a printer, powder shaker, curing oven, embedded mini PC with RIP software, and filtration unit into a single system.
“Providing reliable and accessible entry-level garment printing solutions has always been at the core of Polyprint’s approach,” Benglopoulos added. “With the Filmjet Mini series, we enable both new and experienced users to operate efficiently and confidently.”
Texjet Mini — Next Generation DTG
Polyprint will also present the Texjet Mini, a new affordable 8-colour (CMYKRGBO+W) DTG printer offering a 35×45cm print size, wider colour gamut, and a modern standalone workflow. The system is designed to deliver vibrant prints, simple operation, and the reliability expected from Polyprint’s next generation of garment printing systems.
“In short, Polyprint will focus on three key directions: cleaner DTF production, compact and accessible DTF systems, and next generation DTG printing,” Benglopoulos concluded.
