par Staff 1

WILMINGTON | Delaware – September 2026 – DuPont™ Artistri® Digital Printing Solutions has announced its participation at Printing United 2026, where attendees will experience firsthand how automation, productivity, and innovation are helping transform Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing. At booth C715, DuPont will feature live demonstrations of the Brown Manufacturing Group Yet-Tee system powered by the Artistri® powderless DTF consumables offering, providing visitors with a real-world look at scalable, automated DTF apparel decoration.

Streamlining Apparel Decoration Workflows

A key focus at this year’s event is the partnership between DuPont and Brown Manufacturing Group, bringing together powderless consumables and advanced automation technologies to help apparel decorators improve productivity, reduce manual touchpoints, and increase production consistency. The integrated solution combines Brown’s Yet-Tee automation platform with the Artistri® DTF offering, including Artistri® P1600 Pigment Inks, Artistri® DTF-120 Transfer Film, and Artistri® JA1100 Jettable Adhesive.

As DTF apparel decoration continues to grow, many decorators face challenges related to labor-intensive workflows, production variability, and scaling operations efficiently. DuPont and Brown Manufacturing Group are working together to address these challenges through a more automated approach designed to streamline operations from printing through finishing while maintaining high print quality, durability, and performance.

Powder-Free Jettable Adhesive Technology

A highlight of the solution is Artistri® JA1100 Jettable Adhesive, an innovative powder-free technology that is digitally jetted directly onto transfer film, eliminating the need for traditional TPU powder application. When combined with Artistri® P1600 Pigment Inks and Artistri® DTF-120 Transfer Film, the solution helps create a cleaner production environment, provides a softer hand feel, and enables a more efficient DTF workflow. The complete system supports vibrant color, durable transfers, reliable performance, and scalable manufacturing.

“The DTF industry is evolving rapidly, and decorators are looking for solutions that help them scale production with greater efficiency and consistency,” said Rob Simpson, General Manager, DuPont™ Artistri® Digital Printing Solutions. “Our partnership with Brown Manufacturing Group represents an exciting step forward in that evolution. By combining DuPont’s expertise in digital printing technology with Brown’s leadership in print automation, we’re helping shape a new approach to DTF apparel decoration and giving customers the opportunity to experience it firsthand at Printing United 2026.”

Protective Overlaminate Films for Graphics

In addition to its DTF solutions, DuPont will showcase DuPont™ Tedlar® overlaminate films for graphics and signage applications. Used as a clear protective overlaminate, Tedlar® PVF film helps extend the life of printed graphics by protecting against UV exposure, moisture, dirt, mold, mildew, and graffiti while maintaining the appearance and readability of printed materials. Tedlar® offers long-lasting performance for both indoor and outdoor graphics applications and supports sustainable product design as a non-PFAS material. Visitors can test the performance of Tedlar® for themselves at the graffiti demo station in DuPont’s booth.
