SPOKANE | Washington – October 2026 – FUJIFILM North America Corporation, Business Innovation Division, today announced the first U.S. installation of its FUJIFILM REVORIA PRESS™ PC2120 at National Color Graphics (NCG), based in Spokane, Washington. As part of its digital fleet upgrade, NCG also acquired a REVORIA PRESS™ EC2100 digital press to support precision color printing demands.

Six-Color Architecture and Expanded Specialty Toners
The FUJIFILM REVORIA PRESS PC2120 features a six-color print engine that utilizes CMYK plus two specialty colors for single-pass overlay and underlay printing. Key technical capabilities include:
Production Speed & Resolution: Delivers up to 120 pages per minute (ppm) for A4 and 63 ppm for A3 at resolutions up to 2,400 × 2,400 dpi.
Specialty Toner Options: Supports Green, Pink, Gold, Silver, Clear, White, and Textured Paper specialty toners.
Broad Media Handling: Processes substrates from 52 to 400 gsm, including thin, thick, coated, textured, synthetic, and banner media, supported by optional air-suction feeding and an integrated Static Eliminator.
AI-Driven Automation and Real-Time Quality Control
The platform incorporates AI-based automation through the Substrate Profiler, which analyzes paper stocks to recommend setup parameters automatically. Output quality is supported by Revoria Flow software and the optional Smart Monitoring Gate-D1, which monitors color density and registration in real time during production runs.
In-Line Finishing Integration
To complement the press capability, NCG equipped its installation with automated post-press accessories, including a Plockmatic Booklet Maker BK-450e/435e and a Duplo DC-618 Slitter / Cutter / Creaser for direct mail, postcards, business cards, and marketing collateral.
