WASHINGTON, DC – October 2023 – Danaher Corporation (NYSE: DHR) announced that it has completed the separation of its Environmental & Applied Solutions segment, through the spin-off of Veralto Corporation. Veralto will begin “regular way” trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “VLTO.”

X-Rite Pantone, VideoJet and Esko are part of Veralto’s Product Quality and Innovation segments, which provides a broad set of solutions for brand owners and consumer packaged goods companies that enable speed to market as well as traceability and quality control of their products – playing a central role in helping customers ensure the safety of their products and build trust with their consumers. Veralto’s Product Quality and Innovation segments had sales of $483 million and profits of $110 million in Q3 of 2023.
