Apex M Series Recognized in the Non-Output Category for Lasers/Routers/Cutters (4 ft × 8 ft (1219 × 2438 mm) or Larger)
IRVING | Texas – June 2026 – CUTWORX USA proudly announces that its Apex M Series Digital Cutting System has been honored with a 2026 PRINTING United Alliance Pinnacle Product Award in the Non-Output category for Lasers/Routers/Cutters (4 ft × 8 ft or Larger).
The PRINTING United Alliance Pinnacle Awards recognize products that demonstrate innovation, productivity, and meaningful contributions to the printing and graphics industries. The program honors technologies that help print providers, sign manufacturers, packaging producers, and industrial fabricators improve operational performance while advancing modern production capabilities.
Designed as a next-generation digital cutting and routing platform, the Apex M Series combines industrial performance, intelligent automation, and operational simplicity. Built around a proprietary Magnetic Drive Motion System on both the X and Y axes, the platform delivers smooth gantry movement, high-speed precision, reduced maintenance requirements, and long-term reliability compared to conventional mechanical and belt-driven motion systems.
The Apex M Series is available in the 2516 with a 5 ft × 8 ft cutting area and the 3516 with a 5 ft × 10 ft cutting area. Larger configurations, including the 3532 with a 10 ft × 10 ft cutting area, along with custom-built systems, are available for specialized production environments. The 2516 is delivered pre-built for rapid installation, while the larger systems use modular architecture that allows installation in facilities where traditional equipment might otherwise require extensive rigging or structural modifications.
Every standard Apex M Series includes a comprehensive production tooling package featuring a 1.8 kW liquid-cooled router with integrated debris extraction, a seven-position automatic router bit changer, dual universal cutting and creasing tools, a kiss-cut tool, a 45-degree V-cut tool, a drawing tool, CCD camera print registration, an 80W electric oscillating tool, a conveyor belt for roll-to-roll production, and a 15 kW software-controlled vacuum system with intelligent vacuum zoning. Native PDF compatibility, barcode and QR code workflow support, Hatch and Island fill path generation, integrated material libraries, and an intuitive icon-based operator interface further streamline production while reducing operator training time.
The Apex M Series was entered into the 2026 PRINTING United Alliance Pinnacle Awards to demonstrate how next-generation digital finishing technology can deliver industrial performance, intelligent automation, and production efficiency to manufacturing environments of every size. By combining magnetic drive technology with a fully integrated tooling platform and intelligent workflow automation, the system helps manufacturers increase throughput, improve precision, and reduce long-term operating costs.
“The Apex M Series was engineered to deliver high-speed precision, simplified operation, and long-term reliability for modern manufacturing environments,” said Raum Divarco, General Manager, CUTWORX USA. “Our team is honored that PRINTING United Alliance has recognized the Apex M Series with a 2026 Pinnacle Product Award. This recognition reinforces our commitment to helping sign shops, print providers, packaging manufacturers, and industrial fabricators modernize their digital finishing operations.”
