Founded in 1976, CSI provides full-service printing and installation across industries, including retail, sports, and museums. While Lift ERP effectively managed printing, quoting, and invoicing, CSI sought a seamless way to connect production with installation teams. By integrating Vantage, a cloud-based project management solution for print and signage installations, CSI automated job imports and real-time syncing—removing manual processes and reducing workload for coordinators and vendors.
Automating Installation Workflows
Previously, CSI’s installation scheduling was a manual, time-consuming process. Sales teams filled out forms, schedulers checked availability, and installers relied on hard-copy guides. Now, with Vantage’s real-time synchronization, installation details flow automatically from Lift ERP to Vantage, eliminating duplicate data entry and expediting scheduling.
CSI also benefits from Vantage’s mobile app, allowing installers to submit digital sign-offs and job photos instantly, further accelerating invoicing and project closure. “Having customers sign a screen instead of using paper copies is much quicker,” says Rob Harris, Partner & VP at CSI. “Any large format print company managing installations could benefit from Vantage.”
