Garment Printer Digital Workshop Series is Free to Attendees

SANTA FE SPRINGS, CA – August 2026 – Garment Printer opens its Santa Fe Springs showroom for a free two-day open house this week, then rolls straight into a new workshop series built around one thesis: hybrid DTG and DTF printing is the edge single-method shops don’t have.

West Fest Open House: Friday and Saturday, Free

West Fest runs Friday, August 14 and Saturday, August 15, 9 AM to 5 PM both days, at the Santa Fe Springs showroom. No pitch, no seat to buy. Attendees walk the floor and watch DTG, DTF, embroidery, chenille, cording, and UV work running on the machines Garment Printer runs every day, and talk directly with the techs who run them. RSVP is required for each day attendees plan to visit.

Digital Decorator Workshop Series Launches

Alongside West Fest, Garment Printer launches the Digital Decorator Workshop Series, a recurring hands-on program capped at 20 seats per session. Confirmed sessions:

  • DTG + DTF Hybrid Workshop — Saturday, August 15, 2026
  • Embroidery: Coloreel & Cording — Saturday, September 12, 2026
  • UV Technology — Saturday, October 10, 2026
  • Embroidery: Chenille — Saturday, November 2026

Each session runs 9 AM to 1 PM and includes lunch.

What Each Workshop Covers

Every session follows the same six-part format:

  • Hybrid is the story — DTG delivers premium hand-feel on cotton; DTF reaches everything cotton can’t. Attendees learn the combined workflow.
  • Hybrid applications, live — Demos on shoes, hats, framed canvas, and skateboards using Garment Printer’s AccuLine system.
  • DTF deep-dive and strategy — The Kern DTF lineup, platen systems, and the difference between basic and professional pretreat setups.
  • Pretreat, dialed in — Live calibration covering gram weights by shirt color, sanding grits, and DTF on leather.
  • The shop ecosystem — How to build a climate-controlled environment for consistent output batch after batch.
  • What you take home — Printed cheat sheets, pre-printed Kern DTF samples, and a direct line for follow-up support.

Registration

West Fest is free with no purchase required. Workshop sessions are also free to attend, with 20 seats per session and lunch included. Dates are subject to change; Garment Printer will contact registrants directly if a session moves.
