TAMPA | Florida – March 2026 – ColDesi has introduced the 24H5E High-Speed DTF Printer, a 24-inch production system engineered for scalable apparel decoration and high-volume transfer output. Featuring five Epson i3200 printheads, the printer delivers speeds of 500+ transfers per hour or more than 275 linear feet of printed film, while supporting both CMYK + White and expanded CMYKOG + White color configurations for enhanced color accuracy and saturation.
The system is designed to operate with the ColDesi 24POWE Shaker/Dryer, creating a fully integrated DTF production workflow that automates powder application, curing, and film handling. Additional features include an automated wet capping system, precision film tension control, and OEKO-TEX® ECO PASSPORT certified textile inks.
The 24H5E also includes ColDesi’s DTF Print Optimizer software, giving operators full control over ink usage, gradients, and production parameters to balance speed, cost, and image quality. Built for demanding production environments, the system incorporates a heated print path, automatic dancer tension system, and integrated fume extraction within the dryer to maintain consistent output and reliable day-to-day operation.
