ROSELLE | Illinois  – August 2025 – Le M&R ORBITER™ is an automatic rotary heat press system designed to transform Direct-to-Film (DTF) production. Featuring multiple heat presses, an auto DTF film transfer station, an automatic film remover to the waste bin, and an optional cooling station, it’s the perfect complement to the M&R QUATRO™ DTF system.

Built on 40 years of carousel machine engineering, the ORBITER delivers precision pressure and speed upgrades to ensure flawless, high-speed transfers. Its rotary base splits active press time across multiple platens, producing over 360 transfers per hour under optimal conditions — more than double the output of traditional single-platen presses.
