Insta 256 Manual Swing Away
The award-winning Insta 256 Manual Swing-Away heat press machine with a 16×20 inch platen swings almost a full 180° to the right. This provides the operator with unobstructed access to the lower platen while loading substrates and placing transfers. The optional quick-change platens allow decorators to quickly swap out the lower platen with any of Insta’s various accessory platens. The quick-change feature also allows you to quickly rotate the lower platen in a matter of seconds to suit your applications. As a 16×20 inch swing-away heat press, this machine also has more than enough space to work with larger graphics.
The Insta 256 has been third party tested and proven to have the most evenly distributed heat and pressure in the industry. Its cast-in tubular heating element heats the metal from within for consistent and long-lasting heat and the fastest heat recovery in the industry. All of this means decorators will get perfect results even with finicky processes such as White Toner or DTF. The Insta 256 manual swing away is made from a combination of high-quality materials such as cast aluminum, making it lightweight without sacrificing the strength and durability for which Insta machines are known.
