Designed for packaging, point-of-sale, and specialty print applications, the SC7800 Pro-RS XL combines ultra-reliable sheet feeding, instant job retrieval, and a unique dual opposing tangential creasing technology that produces cleaner, more defined creases on paperboard up to 450 microns. The system blends flatbed, sheet-fed, contour, and tangential cutting technologies into a single platform, eliminating the need for physical dies while accelerating turnaround times.
Equipped with a triple-tool head featuring passive drag cutting and active male/female tangential creasing wheels, the SC7800 Pro-RS XL delivers precise cut-through performance at speeds up to 1060 mm/sec. A 9th-generation Vision3 CCD camera enables automatic file recognition via QR codes, allowing mixed stacks of jobs to be processed seamlessly with minimal operator intervention.
Built for unattended production, the high-capacity auto feeder handles up to 900 sheets with advanced air-blade separation and grip-and-drive media control, while SmartTag retention keeps finished sheets organized.
