HP Large Format’s integrated AI production solution to be launched at Printing United

LAS VEGAS | Nevada – September 2026 – HP At PRINTING United Expo 2026,  is showcasing its latest innovations from its Graphics Solutions business, spanning intelligent software, AI-powered automation, workflow solutions, and new digital print capabilities. The headline launch is HP Large Format’s integrated AI production solution, which pairs new AI capabilities in HP PrintOS Production Hub with the HP Latex R530 AI Printer—the first compact, all-in-one rigid-and-flexible large-format printer powered by both cloud and on-edge AI.

Streamlining Production from Order to Output

HP PrintOS Production Hub adds AI Order Intake, which turns customer emails or files into orders in seconds, reducing average order creation time by 90%. Additionally, AI Upscale fixes low-resolution files in one click to eliminate delays. On the shop floor, the HP Latex R530 AI Printer utilizes AI Automatic Print Mode Selection to choose the optimal trade-off between quality and throughput, while more powerful onboard hardware speeds rendering and expands storage.

Beyond AI capabilities, the HP Latex R530 AI Printer allows print service providers to expand into higher-margin rigid applications without sacrificing roll-printing flexibility. Its all-in-one architecture switches seamlessly between rigid and flexible media, and the HP High Control Belt System prints directly on rigid substrates—reducing material waste associated with traditional Print & Mount workflows.

Extending Unattended Production with Neolt

HP and Neolt have announced the new Neolt Jumbo Unwinder, engineered to maximize productivity on HP Latex FS50, FS60, and FS70W printers. The unwinding and rewinding system feeds jumbo rolls continuously into the printer, reducing operator intervention and supporting longer unattended printing cycles.

Advancing Commercial Print and Publishing

In commercial print, HP is spotlighting the momentum of its HP Indigo B2 platform, which has surpassed 220 installations of HP Indigo 18K and 120K presses worldwide. At the show, HP Indigo is collaborating with Duplo, Nobelus, and Rollem to showcase high-quality trading card production from print through finishing.

In publishing, HP PageWide is accelerating the shift to digital book production with the launch of the HP PageWide T500M HD, a monochrome 54-inch digital press built for high-volume book manufacturing on standard offset media at speeds up to 1,000 fpm (305 mpm).
