LOS ALIMITOS | California – July 2024 – Hype, a leading Argentinian digital textile printing company, has achieved remarkable growth since its founding in 2018. This success can be attributed to a strong focus on building relationships, exceptional quality standards, and a commitment to social and environmental responsibility.

Hype’s commitment to these values is evident in their dedication to using natural fibers and their selection of the Epson Monna Lisa 8000 printer. This state-of-the-art technology not only streamlines production and enhances quality, but also reduces water consumption compared to traditional printing methods.

A Commitment to Quality and Sustainability

“The Monna Lisa 8000 has been instrumental in our growth,” says Maria Victoria Froglia, Design and Product Manager at Hype. “In its first full month of operation, the printer produced 20,000 square yards of fabric. By December 2023, that number had nearly doubled to 47,000 square yards, all while maintaining exceptional quality and vibrant colors.”

The Monna Lisa 8000’s eight-color capability allows Hype to explore new creative avenues, printing on a wider range of fabrics including natural silk, jacquard, and denim.

Exponential Growth and a Bright Future

Hype has experienced a 35% increase in its customer base year-over-year, with a retention rate exceeding 70%. Their client portfolio includes ambitious entrepreneurs, industry-leading brands, and medium-to-large-sized enterprises.

“We are currently the primary supplier for children’s and baby clothing for several major brands,” says Matías Feldman, General Director and Cofounder of Hype. “We are also experiencing significant growth in the home décor sector and the fashion industry as a whole.”

Looking ahead, Hype is poised for continued success. They recently installed a second Monna Lisa printer and are exploring new markets in Uruguay and Paraguay. Additionally, they are developing an online “Print on Demand” platform, allowing customers to print low quantities on various fabrics with convenient worldwide shipping.
