WALNUT CREEK | California – September 2026 – ARC Document Solutions (ARC) is expanding its color graphics and wide-format capabilities across its U.S. network to help national brands manage multi-location graphics programs through one provider. The rollout combines national coverage with local production, consistent color, fast turnaround, and flexible production supported by HP Latex R530 technology across ARC’s existing footprint.
ARC operates approximately 140 locations globally, primarily in North America, with around 45 currently operating as Riot Creative Imaging Centers, its dedicated color graphics and wide-format business. The deployment will expand premium graphics production across ARC’s national network, allowing more ARC locations to support Riot Creative Imaging programs and shorten turnaround times without compromising service quality.
Addressing Brand Consistency Across Regional Networks
Consistency has long been a production challenge for ARC’s national customers, where large programs involve different components being produced across multiple locations for speed or operational requirements. For brands with strict guidelines where accurate color is critical, variation between locations can become highly visible. Standardizing production with HP Latex R530 technology helps ARC deliver consistent color and print quality regardless of where work is produced.
“Our customers increasingly need one partner to manage graphics programs across multiple locations without compromising color, quality or brand standards,” said Dilo Wijesuriya, President and Chief Operating Officer, ARC Document Solutions. “Our investment in HP technology strengthens our ability to deliver that at a national scale. The HP Latex R530 gives ARC and Riot the flexibility, speed, and reliability to produce closer to our customers, respond quickly to changing needs, and deliver consistent results across our network.”
Workflow Standardization and Supply Chain Efficiency
The rollout supports workflow standardization and stronger operational alignment across ARC’s network. Producing more work closer to end-users helps reduce transportation requirements through local fulfillment, supporting supply-chain efficiency and ARC’s broader sustainability goals.
“Customer expectations and demands keep evolving, and our job is to make sure HP technology delivers real value for the businesses that rely on it,” said Oriol Gasch, Head of Large Format Printing, North America, HP. “For ARC, that means giving its network the speed, quality, and flexibility to meet rising demand for premium color and wide-format work, wherever it is produced.”
The investment further strengthens ARC and Riot’s national production model, combining centralized account management with local production capabilities across the country.
