SuperGamut to launch major new products at Printing United 2026
LAS VEGAS | Nevada – September 2026 – SuperGamut will bring its latest innovations in industrial DTF production to PRINTING United Expo 2026, led by the debut of the new 13-color Kraken Color Beast configuration, the official launch of the Super Hydra, and the new Sentinel Scout vision-based cutting system.
From Sept. 23-25, attendees will find SuperGamut at Booth C1385 and directly across the aisle in the Apparel Zone, Booth C1485-D. Equipment in both spaces will operate live, demonstrating how software, high-speed DTF printing, expanded color, purpose-built automated cutting, and automated pressing can work together to increase production efficiency and reduce manual labor.
Pushing DTF Beyond Traditional Color Boundaries
At the center of SuperGamut’s PRINTING United presence will be the Kraken Color Beast, pushing DTF beyond conventional CMYK production.
Attendees will see configurations incorporating fluorescent inks for additional visual impact, along with a new 13-color configuration designed to push DTF color accuracy beyond traditional expanded-gamut printing. Additional technical details and the complete ink configuration will be revealed at the show.
“We are not coming to PRINTING United to show the status quo,” said Rob Super, president of SuperGamut. “Screen printing has always been the benchmark for serious apparel production, but we’re pushing DTF into territory people used to assume belonged only to screen printing. Better color, serious production speed, purpose-built automated cutting, high-quality automated pressing, and the right software are changing what digital production can look like. We believe we’re entering a new era of high-efficiency, high-profit industrial DTF production, and people will be able to see that vision running live in Las Vegas.”
Super Hydra and Sentinel Scout Make Their Debuts
PRINTING United will mark the official launch of the new Super Hydra commercial DTF system. SuperGamut is keeping many of its final specifications under wraps until Las Vegas, where attendees can see the system running live. Customers interested in being among the first Super Hydra owners will also be able to place deposits at the show.
SuperGamut will also introduce the Sentinel Scout, a more compact member of its family of vision-based automated cutting systems. Sentinel technology addresses one of DTF production’s most labor-intensive finishing steps by automatically identifying and cutting cured transfers, reducing hours of manual cutting and inconsistent cuts. The new Scout brings that automation into a smaller footprint with a 25-inch cutting format, perfect for a 24-inch roll of film. The larger Sentinel platform will also be demonstrated.
Live Production and Hands-On Workflow Demonstrations
All equipment in SuperGamut’s two exhibit spaces is scheduled to operate throughout the Expo. At Booth C1385, attendees can see SuperGamut’s newest printing and finishing systems in production and meet directly with its technical and education teams.
In Apparel Zone Booth C1485-D, SuperGamut will conduct hands-on A-to-Z workflow demonstrations covering printing, curing, vision-based cutting, and heat application. The company will also work with neighboring ROQ to demonstrate automated transfer pressing using the ROQ Impress.
“The best part of bringing all of this technology together is that people can actually see the process working,” said Aaron Montgomery, Education and Community Outreach Director for SuperGamut. “We want attendees to get hands-on, ask questions, and understand where efficiency and profitability are really gained or lost. A printer by itself isn’t the production system. It is how all the pieces work together that creates the business advantage.”

SuperGamut team members will also participate in educational sessions throughout PRINTING United Expo focused on industrial DTF production, profitability, automation, and color management:
Wednesday, Sept. 23, 9:15-10 a.m. | Beyond the Printer: Building an Industrial DTF Production System: Rob Super and Aaron Montgomery will examine DTF as a manufacturing process, from artwork and ganging through printing, curing, automated cutting, pressing, and fulfillment.
Thursday, Sept. 24, 9:15-10 a.m. | Real World Direct-to-Film Production, Workflow, and Profitability: Montgomery will moderate a panel featuring Rob Super, Dan Frank of Silverscreen Decoration & Fulfillment, and Paul Whitaker of ProTransfers.com focused on what is actually working in high-volume DTF production.
Friday, Sept. 25, 12:30-1:30 p.m. | Creating a Custom ICC Profile to Maximize Color LIVE: SuperGamut’s technical team will be joined by InEdit/NeoStampa for a live color-profiling demonstration using a Barbieri spectrophotometer. Attendees will see a custom ICC profile created in real time and learn how measurement and profiling contribute to more predictable, repeatable color.
SuperGamut team members will also participate in additional sessions covering the future of DTF, buying versus producing transfers in-house, production automation, profitability, and A-to-Z DTF demonstrations.
