Fedrigoni Expands Graphics Business with Acquisition of POLI-TAPE

MILAN | Italy – May 2024 – The Fedrigoni Group, a leading manufacturer of specialty papers, self-adhesive labels, and graphic materials, announced today that it has acquired a majority stake in POLI-TAPE Group.

POLI-TAPE, headquartered in Remagen, Germany, is a renowned producer of high-quality materials for graphic applications, including textiles, signage, digital printing, and specialties. This acquisition strengthens Fedrigoni’s presence in the growing market for visual communication.

Expanding Product Portfolio and Capabilities

The acquisition broadens Fedrigoni’s portfolio of self-adhesive materials. POLI-TAPE brings expertise in:

Textile graphics:  Including heat-transfer vinyls for personalizing apparel, accessories, and other textiles.
Sign and digital printing: Offering a wide range of graphic films for indoor and outdoor advertising and architectural decoration.
Application tapes: POLI-TAPE is a leader in this market.
Self-adhesive specialties: Magnetic tapes, special effect films, and more.
