KRAMSACH | Austria – July 2025 – Aeoon Technologies has unveiled a new generation of its Micro direct-to-garment (DTG) printer, combining industrial-grade performance, upgraded software, and a compact footprint to meet the demands of small-space, high-output production. All Aeoon printers—including the Micro—are developed and manufactured at the company’s headquarters in Kramsach, Austria.
An evolution of the Maikuro model introduced three years ago, the new Micro delivers up to 80 prints per hour on dark textiles, with a 40 × 45 cm print area. Measuring just 220 × 170 × 170 cm, it’s designed for industrial productivity that doesn’t overwhelm floor space.
Powered by industrial Kyocera print heads, the Micro achieves resolutions from 600 dpi to 2400 dpi and uses water-based pigment inks—no pre-treatment required for white garments. It also integrates seamlessly with other Aeoon systems for scalable future expansion.
Its newly developed software and integrated API interfaces ensure easy integration into existing production workflows and modern e-commerce systems.
“Aeoon’s experienced R&D team took all the benefits and advanced technology of our larger printers and put them in a powerful, yet small, shell,” the company stated. “This printer is ideal for young businesses or companies with small production spaces.”
Aeoon manufactures its full DTG printer range—including the Kyo and Kyo Hybrid—in Austria.
