Sales of production products were up 13% year over year.

Total hardware units were down 17%, with Consumer Printing units down 15% and Commercial Printing units down 18%.

By region, sales in Europe were lower than in the same period of the previous year due to economic stagnation. On the other hand, in Asia/Oceania, sales in China increased substantially in contrast to the weak performance in the same period of the previous year due to the COVID-19 crisis. Sales in North America remained strong due to firm economic trends. In Japan, strong sales continued due to increased demand with the economic recovery.
