Wasatch Computer Technology Announces Wasatch AI Service Agent — A New In-House AI Support Tool Built Into Wasatch SoftRIP

SALT LAKE CITY | Utah – July 2026 – Wasatch Computer Technology, LLC has announced the launch of the Wasatch AI Service Agent, a powerful new support tool available directly from the “Help” menu of Wasatch SoftRIP. Live and available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, the Wasatch AI Service Agent understands and responds in dozens of languages, helping SoftRIP users get answers to their questions whenever they need them.

Built Entirely by Wasatch Computer Technology — No Third-Party Cloud

The Wasatch AI Service Agent was developed entirely in-house at Wasatch, based on an efficient distilled foundation model. It runs on Wasatch’s own servers — not a third-party AI cloud — and Wasatch never sends customer data to hyperscalers or any outside party. The agent is built to rapidly incorporate new documentation and service logs on a daily basis, and it can easily be extended to provide extra support for partners’ products.

Availability

The Wasatch AI Service Agent is free of charge to all Wasatch subscribers and is available now, as of the Version 8.4.1 build of Wasatch SoftRIP.
