A versatile calendar heat press for sublimation printing of both individual fabric pieces and fabric rolls. The T05-2000 can be operated by a single operator, responsible for both loading and unloading of fabric rolls, or by two operators: one loading pieces on the front table while the other unloads the sublimated pieces at the exit. These multiple operational modes ensure maximum machine flexibility with reduced production costs and increased productivity.
All Monti Antonio calendar heat presses feature a vacuum sealed oil-filled drum. Built for durability, when properly maintained, Monti Antonio calendar presses will remain in operation for 20 years.
Dye-sublimation printing: This process involves transferring a design printed on sublimation paper onto fabric using heat and pressure. Suitable for both cut parts (individual pieces of fabric) and roll-to-roll applications (continuous fabric).
Direct fabric fixation: This is used for fabrics that have already been directly printed with dyes. The heat press cures the ink and sets the design onto the fabric.
Continuous production: This makes it ideal for high-volume applications such as:
- Athletic apparel, jerseys, sportswear
- Banners, flags, exhibition displays, other signage
- Home décor items like curtains, pillowcases
- Skis, surfboards, snowboards
- Ribbons, lanyards
- Mousepads, floormats
- 3 roll unwind capability with disk brakes and pneumatic tension controls.
- Autonomous (independent) motors with an electronic synchronization system.
- LCD front touchscreen for convenient access to operating settings.
- Programable automatic start-up and auto cool down features.
- NOMEX felt tension adjustment system and automatic felt centering.
- One year Monti warranty with On-site Installation, Training and Service provided by CalComp Graphic Solutions.
- Multiple Independent motor system with conveyor-belt transport for advanced automatic operation.
- Multiple options for various fabric core sizes, fabric roll diameters and stretchable fabrics.
- Alternative T-series models with working widths from 65″ to 78″ and drum diameters from 7.5″ to 39.4″.
