Rotary Heat Transfer Calendar
The Practix OK-10CP Rotary Heat Transfer Calendar provides a 66” transferring platform. This machine allows for the versatility of transfer printing of cut parts and / or continuous fabrics as follows:
Roll of printed paper and roll of fabric
Roll of printed paper and fabric material in pieces
Sheets of printed paper and fabric material in pieces
Heating System:
10-inch (254 mm) diameter drum with electrically heated thermal transfer oil in Practix’s steel drum design
4-inch touch screen control for all machine functions, machine errors, logs machine stops, programs for different setups, etc.
Temperature is regulating within tolerance of +/- degrees F.

Tension Controls:
Printed paper: Pneumatic brake unwind and pneumatic clutch rewind. Both adjustable with pressure gauge regulator. Both have on/off switch.
Fabric: Pneumatic brake unwind and electric motor surface wind rewind. Unwind is adjustable with pressure gauge. Rewind is adjustable motor with inverter drive to allow tension-less rewind or tensioned.
Tissue paper: Pneumatic brake unwind and pneumatic clutch rewind. Both adjustable with pressure gauge regulator. Both have on/off switch.
All unwinds/rewinds will be set up for three-inch cores with 10” dia roll capacity

The Practix OK-10 rotary calendar is a machine used for heat transfer applications on fabrics. Here are its key applications:
Dye-sublimation printing: This process involves transferring a design printed on sublimation paper onto fabric using heat and pressure. The Practix OK-10 is suitable for both cut parts (individual pieces of fabric) and roll-to-roll applications (continuous fabric).
Direct fabric fixation: This is used for fabrics that have already been directly printed with dyes. The heat press cures the ink and sets the design onto the fabric.
