KARLSTAD | Sweden — March 2026 — CWT Graphic Worktools announces the launch of the CWT Foam Cutter, introducing a new product category and expanding the company’s portfolio beyond flatbed applicators and trimming solutions into dimensional signage production.

With this launch, CWT enables sign makers, print shops and promotional product companies to bring dimensional letter and logo production in-house, offering a simplified, production-ready workflow designed for everyday use. As demand for dimensional signage continues to grow, many businesses still rely on outsourcing or complex CNC systems that require significant investment and training. The CWT Foam Cutter addresses this gap with a streamlined solution built for professional environments without unnecessary complexity.

“Dimensional signage is becoming a natural part of everyday sign production,” said Markus Ryberg, CEO and Partner at CWT Worktools. “With the CWT Foam Cutter, we’re launching a new product category that helps more sign shops bring dimensional work in-house — to expand their offering, shorten lead times and deliver a premium result with confidence.”

Developed and manufactured in Sweden, the CWT Foam Cutter reflects the company’s user-focused design philosophy, delivering reliability, ease of use and consistent output. The system incorporates patent-pending innovations to ensure stable, repeatable cutting performance and is engineered to integrate seamlessly into existing production environments.

“We built the CWT Foam Cutter as a complete workflow — developing hardware and software in parallel to make results consistent and operation straightforward,” said Magnus Haugerud, Partner and Project Lead. “Together with SignCut, we’re providing a professional design-to-cut setup that reduces learning time and supports repeatable output in daily production.”

Designed for compact workspaces, the system accommodates standard foam board sizes up to 1300 × 610 mm (51 × 24 inches) with thickness up to 150 mm (6 inches). It enables production of dimensional letters, logo signs, retail displays, trade show graphics and architectural applications using 100% recyclable polystyrene, delivering a balance of speed, flexibility and value-added capability.

The CWT Foam Cutter will make its North American debut in the CUTWORX USA booth, No. 1311, at ISA International Sign Expo in Orlando, Florida (April 8–10). CWT has partnered with CUTWORX USA to distribute the CWT Foam Cutter throughout North America, supporting market introduction and customer adoption across the region. The product will also be presented to the European market at FESPA Global Print Expo in Barcelona, Spain (May 19–22), where attendees can experience its capabilities in live production environments.
