Vantage Update Makes Vendor Management Even More Efficient for Print & Sign Shops

by Staff
Vantage has rolled out a major update designed to make working with installation
subcontractors even easier for print and sign shops. The release brings new and improved
features to support every step of the vendor relationship.

USA — July 2025 — Vantage, the purpose-built installation management platform for the wide-format print and signage industry, has released a major update aimed at streamlining how print shops manage external vendors and subcontractors.

“Our users love how Vantage simplifies vendor coordination—just like managing internal crews,” says Roksoliana Sydorska, Product and Operations Lead at Vantage. “This release goes further, giving shops full visibility and control across every step of their vendor relationships.”

The update builds on Vantage’s core features—job scheduling, real-time communication, and reduced manual admin—and introduces new capabilities to centralize vendor onboarding, improve field tracking, and streamline invoice approvals.

Shops still managing vendor networks through spreadsheets often spend hours updating contact details, chasing availability, and resending job files. With Vantage, everything lives in one place: vendor locations, services, certifications, and contract documents. “It takes seconds to find the right crew with the right experience, near the job site,” says Sydorska.

Keeping installations on schedule also depends on knowing who’s available and when. Vantage now shows internal teams and subcontractors in a single calendar view. “The calendar view is a game-changer,” says Hannah Attfield, Installation Manager at Moss UK. “We see internal teams and subcontractors side-by-side, in real time.”

To accelerate job sign-offs, Vantage now supports custom checklists tailored to the work performed. Crews submit photos and key details immediately after installation, helping managers close jobs faster—or trigger a revisit in just two clicks if something’s missing. “You get exactly the info you need to sign off quickly,” Sydorska notes.

Invoicing is now built into the workflow. Vendors submit job-linked invoices—including receipts for add-ons—directly through Vantage. “You review, approve, and Vantage handles the rest. No more chasing formats or timelines,” she adds.

With vendor availability, job history, performance notes, and costs all in one place, print and sign shops gain the clarity to spot issues, track profitability, and make sharper decisions about future installs. “This release is about helping shops manage external vendors with the same ease and structure as their in-house teams,” says Sydorska.
