Overview / Key Features

The Kala RoXY 65 is primarily designed for cutting DTF prints but can also be used for sheeting applications and label production. Its main purpose is to eliminate the bottleneck caused by cutting small decals before sending them to the end-user, this being done in most cases with scissors.

 The RoXY 65 is a unique machine in the DTF production, offering:

  • High productivity and versatility

  • Two ways of operation:

    • Stand alone with roll feeding to support multiple printing units,

    • In line with a printer for outperformed efficiency and high productivity.

  • Easy Operation

    • Horizontal (X) cutting is done automatically with or without registration mark detection.

    • Vertical (Y) cutting is done before the X cut with inexpensive cutter blades positioned into individual blade holders.

    • Y blade holders are mounted on a removable holding bar and adjust easily to the desired set position with the graduation on the bar.

    • Fine tuning of the cutting blades can be done with a knob on the machine moving the holding bar left or right.
