Conde Systems to Conclude Sales Operations on April 30, 2024
MOBILE | Alabama – April 2024 – Conde Systems, a leading innovator in the dye sublimation industry, will cease sales of its products effective April 30, 2024.
While rumors surrounding Conde’s future have been circulating, World Imaging News previously reported the company was actively seeking a buyer. Negotiations with two potential acquirers are currently underway, with an anticipated finalized agreement within the next few weeks.
The fate of the Conde brand under new ownership remains unclear. The company may be integrated into the acquiring entity’s structure, or the Conde name could potentially be retained.
David Gross, President of Conde, shared his plans for the future, stating, “Following the sale, I look forward to a well-deserved retirement. I also plan to continue my passion for sublimation by authoring additional books, following the success of my two existing publications. I may also provide consulting services to ensure a smooth transition for the new owners.”
