The acquisition builds on Media One’s growing portfolio, alongside Fisher Textiles and Hyperflex Vinyls, and expands the range of applications and solutions available to customers in the home d\u00e9cor, interior d\u00e9cor, and fashion markets.<\/p>\n

Premex Solutions builds on the more than 40-year textile heritage of its parent company, Premier Textiles UK, with a modern focus on digitally printable fabrics for the U.S. market. The combination extends Media One\u2019s integrated model into home d\u00e9cor and apparel, bringing together print-ready fabrics, printing equipment, inks, finishing solutions, and nationwide technical service under one organization.<\/p>\n

Premex Solutions customers will continue to work with the people and products they know today while gaining access to Media One’s broader capabilities and support.<\/p>\n
