Live and available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, the Wasatch AI Service Agent understands and responds in dozens of languages, helping SoftRIP users get answers to their questions whenever they need them.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\"><strong>Built Entirely by Wasatch Computer Technology \u2014 No Third-Party Cloud<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\">The Wasatch AI Service Agent was developed entirely in-house at Wasatch, based on an efficient distilled foundation model. It runs on Wasatch&#8217;s own servers \u2014 not a third-party AI cloud \u2014 and Wasatch never sends customer data to hyperscalers or any outside party.
