HAMAMATSU, Japan \u2014 June 2026<\/strong> \u2014 Roland DG Corporation previewed the VersaOBJECT RC-300 and RC-300c at FESPA Barcelona 2026, a new series of helical UV printers designed for direct printing onto bottles, containers, drinkware, promotional products, and specialty packaging. The units are targeted at print service shops and production-level users with an official launch expected at Printing United, Las Vegas, September 2026.<\/p>\n

The RC-300 series is built around Roland DG’s helical printing system, which completes a full W+CMYK print cycle in under 60 seconds, and is powered by the newly developed EUV-H ink \u2014 a high-durability UV ink with on-board jettable primer formulated for plastics, metals, wood, and glass. The ink configuration covers CMYK+White+Gloss+Primer and is supplied in 1-liter bottles.<\/p>\n

Two models are planned. The RC-300 handles versatile production on solid-color and opaque objects across a wide range of shapes and sizes. The RC-300c is engineered specifically for clear and translucent objects, including liquid-filled containers \u2014 making it suited for wineries, distilleries, and beverage producers printing directly onto filled bottles.<\/p>\n

Both models support objects from 1.77″ to 5.0″ (45\u2013127mm) in diameter and up to 14″ (355mm) in length, with a printable length of up to 11.8″ (300mm). Maximum supported object weight is 6.6 lbs (3kg). The units ship with bundled jigs, an included stand, and automated maintenance, and operate with VersaWorks 7 RIP software and the Roland DG Connect platform.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Pre-orders are expected to open Summer 2026.<\/p>\n
