Featuring\u00a0five Epson i3200 printheads, the printer delivers speeds of\u00a0500+ transfers per hour or more than 275 linear feet of printed film, while supporting both\u00a0CMYK + White\u00a0and\u00a0expanded CMYKOG + White\u00a0color configurations for enhanced color accuracy and saturation.<\/p>\n

The system is designed to operate with the\u00a0ColDesi 24POWE Shaker\/Dryer, creating a fully integrated DTF production workflow that automates powder application, curing, and film handling. Additional features include an automated wet capping system, precision film tension control, and OEKO-TEX\u00ae ECO PASSPORT certified textile inks.<\/p>\n

The\u00a024H5E\u00a0also includes ColDesi\u2019s\u00a0DTF Print Optimizer software, giving operators full control over ink usage, gradients, and production parameters to balance speed, cost, and image quality.
