MEDELLIN | Colombia – February 2026 – <\/strong>Against the backdrop of rising football enthusiasm tied to the World Cup cycle, Epson<\/span><\/span><\/strong> showcased how its industrial printing technology powered professional football apparel and fan experiences during Colombiatex<\/span><\/span> 2026<\/strong>. The company\u2019s presence focused on helping Colombian textile and apparel manufacturers convert sports-driven demand into tangible business opportunities, from one-off personalization to high-volume garment production.<\/p>\n

At the show, Epson unveiled a \u201cFootball Museum\u201d experience and a stadium-scale graphic installation demonstrating how its technology was used to produce official club kits and large-format fan displays seen at national team matches. Highlighted solutions included DTFilm technology for customization, the SureColor V1070 UV flatbed printer for high-relief graphics and crests, and the SureColor T7770 adapted for screen-printing workflows.<\/p>\n

According to Inexmoda\u2019s Fashion Observatory, Colombia\u2019s apparel market reached COP 5.78 trillion in the first two months of 2025, reflecting 5.55% year-over-year growth. Epson positioned sportswear\u2014particularly football apparel\u2014as a key driver of continued market expansion in 2026.<\/p>\n

Beyond sublimation, the company highlighted DTFilm as a fast-growing option for durable textile and accessory personalization, alongside UV and technical printing systems that expanded creative and production flexibility.<\/p>\n

From a business perspective, Epson reported expectations to maintain double-digit growth in its industrial unit and reaffirm Colombia as its third most important market in Latin America.
