Exhibiting in Booth #1530 under the theme <em data-start=\"464\" data-end=\"495\">\u201cPrinting Beyond Boundaries,\u201d<\/em> Inkcups will present innovations that expand application possibilities and push the limits of direct-to-object decoration.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ai-optimize-7\" data-start=\"622\" data-end=\"858\">Key technologies on display will include updates to the Helix ONE\u00ae, the recently launched X5-T High Throw, Nano Pin Curing (NPC) technology on the flagship Helix\u00ae, and new solutions for pad printing and laser plate making.<\/p>\n<h5 class=\"ai-optimize-8\" data-start=\"860\" data-end=\"899\">Highlights from the Inkcups Booth<\/h5>\n<ul data-start=\"901\" data-end=\"2281\">\n<li class=\"ai-optimize-9\" data-start=\"901\" data-end=\"1297\">\n<p class=\"ai-optimize-10\" data-start=\"903\" data-end=\"1297\"><strong data-start=\"903\" data-end=\"925\">Helix ONE\u00ae Updates<\/strong> \u2013 Demonstrations will showcase new automation features including Auto File for print-on-demand workflows, barcode scanning capability, a jettable primer for improved adhesion on powder-coated, metal, and plastic products, and an expanded diameter range down to 1.3 inches (33 mm). At the show, the Helix ONE\u00ae will demonstrate on-demand decoration of metal shot glasses.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"ai-optimize-11\" data-start=\"1299\" data-end=\"1668\">\n<p class=\"ai-optimize-12\" data-start=\"1301\" data-end=\"1668\"><strong data-start=\"1301\" data-end=\"1331\">X5-T High Throw Technology<\/strong> \u2013 Making its U.S. debut, this enhancement to the X5-T flatbed digital printer increases ink throw distance for accurate, high-quality prints on contoured and irregularly shaped objects such as mugs with handles, tiered drinkware, and sporting equipment. Live demonstrations will feature printing on mini sports balls and handled mugs.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"ai-optimize-13\" data-start=\"1670\" data-end=\"2038\">\n<p class=\"ai-optimize-14\" data-start=\"1672\" data-end=\"2038\"><strong data-start=\"1672\" data-end=\"1716\">Nano Pin Curing Technology on the Helix\u00ae<\/strong> \u2013 Awarded the PRINTING United Alliance Pinnacle Award in 2024 and commercially released in 2025, NPC enables decoration of transparent cylindrical vessels such as glassware, bottles, and candle holders without requiring UV-blocking fillers.
