TEL AVIV | Israel – July 2025 – <\/strong>Starting today, DTF printing enters a new era \u2014 with Nur Ink Innovations announcing a breakthrough that removes one of the most cumbersome steps in the process: no more adhesive powder.<\/p>\n

Earlier this week, Nur Ink\u2019s R&D team reached a major milestone with the successful development of a next-generation DTF ink that operates without the need for hot-melt adhesive powder. The implications for digital textile production are significant: a leaner, cleaner, and more cost-efficient workflow with no compromise in quality.<\/p>\n

“Digital printing has pursued a powder-free DTF process for years \u2014 but wash durability and print head stability remained obstacles,\u201d explained Dr. Moshe Nakash<\/strong>, CTO and VP of R&D.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019ve now overcome those challenges, delivering an ink solution that simplifies the production line while elevating print performance.\u201d<\/p>\n

Market Rollout Underway<\/h5>\n

Global beta installations are slated to begin in the coming weeks, with full commercial release planned for Q4 2025. The addressable market is estimated at $3.6B annually, spanning an installed base of 80,000 systems and up to 60 million liters of ink by 2028.<\/p>\n

Seamless Printer Compatibility<\/h5>\n

The new ink is designed for broad integration across DTF printer ecosystems, with compatibility for Epson i3200, Ricoh, Seiko RC1536 print heads, and others.<\/p>\n
