M&R Printing Equipment, Inc. Announces Technology Partnership with Xaar on the POLARIS S4\u2122 Industrial DTG Platform<\/em><\/h6>\n

ROSELLE, Illinois – March 2025 –<\/strong> M&R Printing Equipment, Inc. announces the release of the POLARIS\u2122 S4\u2122 Pretreat Unit, powered by Xaar\u2019s inkjet technology, as an integral component of the POLARIS S4 Industrial DTG Platform.<\/p>\n

The POLARIS S4 Industrial DTG Platform sets an industry standard for the newest generation of garment decoration technology. It is designed to handle a sophisticated array of automation needs and quality requirements. The S4 Pretreat Unit digitally delivers pretreat chemistry exactly where it is needed behind each print. Not only is the pretreat digitally targeted as \u201cShape for Shape\u201d area application, but the density and amount of pretreat can be controlled garment-to-garment via integrated workflow software. This breakthrough allows for a wider range of fabric types, construction and colors to be explored without fear of \u201cboxing\u201d or UV staining associated with other pretreat solutions.<\/p>\n

The S4 Digital Pretreat Unit is a collaboration project between M&R and Xaar, developed and engineered with Xaar\u2019s industry-leading aqueous inkjet technology.<\/p>\n

The full POLARIS S4 Industrial DTG Platform made its debut at PRINTING United in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA on September 10th<\/sup>\u00a0– 12th<\/sup>, 2024, where attendees could view the quality of a print produced on a POLARIS S4 Digital Pretreat Unit.<\/p>\n
