ECKBOLSHEIM |\u00a0 France -March 2025 – <\/b>French RIP software specialist Caldera is introducing its latest RIP solution for direct-to-film (DTF) and direct-to-garment (DTG) printing for both beginners and professionals in the industry. It offers an expanded range of features to ensure that it becomes the go-to product for printed apparel creators, printers and producers. This new solution is compatible with Windows and MacOS, providing more flexibility for all users.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Previously, the software was only available in bundles from selected DTF and DTG printer OEMs. Now, the new RIP will be rolled out for the entire garment decoration market, providing a simplified solution that allows users to offer full customization to their clients for unique pieces and small batch print runs.<\/span><\/p>\n

The interface is easy to use and focuses on the features that matter most in DTF and DTG printing. It includes built-in self-training guides, making it easier for beginners and experts to learn and improve their DTF and DTG skills in an autonomous way. If the user needs assistance, he can easily access Caldera\u2019s knowledge base directly within the interface.<\/span><\/p>\n

The software can handle white ink with precise White Management Tools and measurements, while the Print Management features include ready-to-use presets built by experts. Additionally, users can preview their designs before printing, allowing them to spot potential errors and save time.<\/span><\/p>\n

Caldera\u2019s specialized RIP includes File Preparation tools, such as automatic image mirroring within the interface, and a wide range of Color Management Tools. The software introduces initial functionality for spot color conversion and fine-tuning, a knockout tool and management of up to 12 inks, including fluorescents, varnish, gloss and pre-treatments.<\/span><\/p>\n

It can be used for various types of applications, including t-shirts, hoodies, sports apparel, hats, bags, flags and banners, and is compatible with different file formats: <\/span>BMP<\/b>, <\/span>PSB<\/b>,<\/span> PSD<\/b>, <\/span>PNG<\/b>,<\/span> TIF\/TIFF,<\/b> PDF<\/b>, <\/span>AI <\/b>and<\/span> JPEG<\/b> files.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
